Getting it to you
Every piece is packed by hand and dispatched from our workshop in Jaipur. Here is what that costs, how long it takes, and how to follow it.
What delivery costs
One flat rate anywhere in India — we do not charge more for a remote PIN code. The exact amount is shown in your basket before you pay, and it is the figure above.
Our live rates are shown in your basket at checkout, before any payment is taken.
When it arrives
Ready pieces leave us within two working days. Anything made to order is begun after you order it, and its own lead time is written on the product page — a piece being woven for you cannot be dispatched before it exists.

Delivery
Made to order and dispatched in small batches. Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves the workshop.
Cash on delivery
Available on eligible PIN codes. Whether yours qualifies is confirmed at checkout — we would rather tell you there than let you find out at the door.
Following your order
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you their name and the tracking number. Where we recognise the courier, that number becomes a link straight to their tracking page.
You can also look an order up at any time with its order number and the email you used.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the piece before unpacking further, and email us the same day. A piece damaged in transit is replaced or refunded at our cost — that is not a return, and you are not out of pocket for it.
