Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in weave, print and shade are part of the craft rather than a fault — but if something has arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Stocked pieces are dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces are begun once you order and take as long as the piece needs — the product page states the lead time before you buy. You'll get a courier and tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
